PX940 series high-performance industrial printers use integrated label verification technology to completely eliminate printing errors, ensure that the barcode printed each time is perfect and 100% accurate, and help customers avoid being fined for barcode non-compliance or returned for retransmission because the barcode cannot be read. This fully integrated validator enables quick setup even when printing and validating different labels.
The product validates labels according to pass/fail standards and ANSI international standards (1 to 4), and invalidates and reprints bad labels that do not meet established thresholds. The printing accuracy is as high as ± 0.2mm, which can realize accurate printing on small labels and cope with the current market trend of label miniaturization.
PX940 printers are widely used in electronics manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, large transport logistics, pharmaceutical, shipping and distribution centers, as well as in applications with strict regulation, high precision and error-free printing. Available in two models with/without integrated validator. Both models come standard with Bluetooth®Connectivity, intelligent printing, and other features allow users to configure and fine-tune settings without the help of a host.
The PX940 printer is based on a Honeywell firmware platform that supports multiple print languages and can easily replace competing products. Its rugged all-metal construction, easy-to-replace print head and tool-less disassembly rubber roller minimize downtime and maintenance requirements. Supports a variety of media, including inner and outer carbon ribbons with a core size of 1 inch to maximize media replenishment time. Fast label editing and print speeds of up to 350 mm/s (14 ips) allow you to scale to the changing dynamic needs of your operations.
