In order to provide after-sales service for all customers faster, more accurate and more effective, this official letter is hereby made to facilitate cooperation. Thank you for your cooperation.
1，Please provide the following information for reworked products, which are indispensable:
1) Please be sure to provide the name of your company or the name of your account in our company (I. e. the name of our system out of the warehouse), and the correct address, consignee, and contact information returned after repair.
2) Inside or outside. (Be sure to indicate it if it is inside the warranty to avoid losing the warranty due to disassembly)
3) Fault condition
4) Send details of accessories
(If there is no problem with the accessories, please do not send the accessories. Please take out the label shaft carbon belt shaft in the printer by yourself.
If there is a problem with the print head, please provide a sample of the printing material, label and carbon tape for easy detection)
2, maintenance and warranty period
1.) Warranty:

All barcode printers, scanning guns, and machines are guaranteed for one year. The data line power supply is not covered by the warranty. The warranty period for the print head is 30 kilometers or three months, whichever comes first. For products of individual brands and models, if the factory warranty period is extended, the factory shall prevail and the warranty shall be extended.
2.) Maintenance: Quote within two days, maintenance cycle, based on spare parts inventory status. After the maintenance of the machine, the same problem, warranty for three months.
