Coated paper label is relative to the surface material of adhesive label.
Yongli coated paper sticker is the most widely used and most common sticker in sticker. General labels, bar code labels are mostly self-adhesive materials with this coated paper. There are two kinds of classification of adhesive coated paper: ordinary paper and mirror coated paper.
Characteristics of ordinary coated paper adhesive labels: semi-high gloss white coated paper, basic gram weight 80g/m2, outer substrate thickness 72 times, label thickness 147 times. Use temperature scale -50 degrees 90 degrees, labeling temperature 7 degrees. Use scale: widely used in supermarkets, inventory management, clothing tags, industrial production lines, suitable for promotion and industrial semi-high-gloss colorful printing. Typical uses are cosmetic labels, drug labels and food industry labels. Can be attached to most of the substrate plane and simple curved surface, including cardboard, plastic film.
Characteristics of mirror coated paper self-adhesive labels: lubricated bright white coated paper with polished appearance has a basic gram weight of 80g/m2, a total thickness of 165 times, a service temperature scale of -50 to 90 degrees, and a labeling temperature of 7 degrees. Use scale: widely used in high-gloss colorful adhesive printing, typical uses such as cosmetics labels, drug labels, food labels and promotional labels, carton stickers, shipping labels, certificate labels, etc. Can be attached to flat and simple curved surfaces of most substrates, including cardboard, plastic film and HDPE containers.
