Detailed description

The 3800E and 3800EPDF are OEM engines that add additional barcode scanning capabilities to user devices. The 3800EE and 3800EPDF are compact decoded output engines. The 3800EPDF performs well in any application that reads the PDF417 code. The 3800E and 3800EPDF have the same 1D barcode reading performance as 3800 handheld scanners, with a bright line of sight and fast reading and decoding capabilities.
3800E and 3800EPDF are used for document and package reading, conveyor belt applications, ticket stub reading, price inquiry or self-service terminal applications. There are mounting holes. Data and power are transmitted through a convenient connector fixed to the board.
The 3800ED and 3800EPDF are connected to all PC, iMAC, USB and other terminals via keyboard ports or RS-232. The 3800EPDF is equipped with an automatic trigger mode for continuous scanning. Other features of the 3800E and 3800PDF include powerful data editing capabilities, barcode or serial instruction sets, external trigger control, and Windows-based development tools.
