Fault 1: The scanning gun cannot scan the bar code.

Solution: In this case, we must first understand clearly whether we can scan the bar code but not upload it, or laser but not scan the bar code. You can scan the bar code but it is not transmitted to the computer, that is, the computer is not connected to the scanning gun. If it is wired, check the port and line, and if it is wireless, reset the paired receiver. There may also be several possible reasons for the following:

1, did not open the function of reading this bar code;

2, bar code does not conform to the specification, such as the lack of necessary blank area, bar and empty contrast is too low, bar and empty width ratio is not appropriate;

3, direct sunlight, photosensitive devices into the saturation zone;

4. The surface of the bar code is covered with transparent materials, and the reflection degree is too high. Although the eyes can see the bar code, the reading conditions of the collector are strict and cannot be read;

5, hardware failure, contact your dealer for maintenance.

Solution: It may be that the power supply of the scanning gun is not available, the scanning gun is not powered on, or the data line interface is loose and the contact is poor. Check the wire of the scanner to ensure that the power supply of the computer is normal and the data line is reconnected to the scanner.

Fault three: after the serial line, no data transmission code reading

Solution: It may be that it is not set to serial port mode or communication protocol error. To set the scan serial port mode to serial port mode, reset to the correct communication protocol.

Fault four: scan a bar code after the crash or use the USB cable computer display can not recognize the USB device

Solution: It may be that the data cannot be transferred due to poor wires and the USB device is dead. Need to find a dealer to buy replacement wire.

Fault five: scanning use is normal, the keyboard can not be used

Solution: It may be that the internal IC of the scanning gun is badly burned. It needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair.

Fault six: the laser is always bright

Fault eight: the use of serial data output garbled

Solution: The scanner may be a non-standard serial port scanner. You need to check whether the scanner is the corresponding interface.

Fault nine: Bluetooth scanner can not normally connect to the computer

Solution: It may be that the Bluetooth does not match. You need to insert the Bluetooth receiver provided by the manufacturer and check the connection mode of the corresponding system according to the instructions to connect.
