I. Bar code is deformed. Bar code is a relatively precise symbol system. All kinds of code systems have corresponding ratios. If bar code is deformed at will in the process of bar code production, the result that bar code cannot be identified will appear, especially when bar code is produced by Coreldraw and other mapping software.

2. Vertical disconnection of bar code occurs, which usually occurs when bar code printer is used to print bar code labels. Broken needles of print head and wrinkling of carbon tape are the main reasons.

The width of the bar code blank area is not enough, and the left and right blank edges of the bar code must be at least 10 times the width of the narrow bar.

4. There is a problem with the matching of bar and empty colors of bar codes. The difference in bar code reading depends on the color of bar. The color with high reflectivity will be identified as empty, and the color with low reflectivity will be identified as bar. Generally, the bar code with blue bar on white background can be read, the bar code with black bar on red background can be read, the bar code with purple bar on yellow background can be read, and generally, the bar code with red bar on white background cannot be read, the barcode with black bars on a blue background cannot be read.

The barcode printing effect is not clear, usually because the media does not match or the print concentration value is set too low.
