What are the functions of WMS warehouse management software? 1. Basic information management

This function module includes raw material and finished product item number management, position management, etc. For users with advanced permissions, it also includes module management, user management, role management, etc.

2. Warehousing business

Receipt business includes: raw material receipt and finished product receipt. Receipt can be completed by manual input or by uploading after collection by data collector. After confirmation, the system will automatically generate receipt documents and update inventory immediately.

3. Issue Business

Stock-out business includes: raw material stock-out and finished product stock-out. Stock-out can be completed by manual input or by uploading after collection by data collector. After confirmation, the system will automatically generate a stock-out document and deduct inventory immediately.

4. Transfer business

When an item needs to be transferred for storage, transfer business can be used for book accuracy in the system. After the transfer is completed, the position before transfer will be deducted from the inventory, and the position after transfer will be increased accordingly.

5. Inventory business

Inventory business is mainly set up to compare the book account of the system with the actual account in reality. In order to reduce the workload of the operators and enhance the accuracy of the data during the operation, the operators are required to collect the quantity of each different product in each warehouse with a collector first during the inventory count, and then return it to the system after the collection is completed. The system will automatically compare the quantity with the quantity in the database and then generate the report of inventory gain and loss, and prompt whether to update the inventory in the system.

6. Barcode label printing

The system supports printing of various barcode labels, such as raw material barcode labels, finished barcode labels, carton barcode labels, etc. You only need to select the corresponding barcode label module before printing.

7. Inventory Management

The system supports automatic replenishment, which reminds operators through the set minimum inventory to ensure the saturation of raw material inventory and reduce the probability of material shortage during production.

8. Integrated management with ERP

This system can carry out integrated data exchange with ERP system without damaging ERP data. The exchange method is mainly completed through API function interface of each ERP system. At present, the completed ERP system has gold disc, etc.

9. Report Business

Operators can query the information they need according to various query conditions, and if necessary, they can also print out their details through this function.
