Installing a barcode printer is actually quite simple, and the text is more complicated. If you don't understand it, call the seller to help you solve it.

The first step. Product Unpacking and Inspection
Do not make sure the following before unpacking:
1. Barcode printers use recycled carton packaging for environmental protection. Please report directly to the shipper when inspecting and transporting cartons and finding any defects;
2. The front of the included bar code printer is upward;
3. Take out the filler first, and then carefully remove the printer;
4. Please place the Dongguan barcode printer on a flat and solid surface and check for any damage caused by shipping;
5. Be aware of anything that will cause damage;
6. Check whether the items are complete against the packing list.
Step two. Hardware Installation
1. Please refer to the barcode printer operation manual to install the carbon ribbon;
2. Please refer to the barcode printer operation manual to install the label paper roll;
3. Please refer to the barcode printer operation manual to connect the power cord and data transmission line.
Step three. Software Installation
1. Insert the random CD, refer to the driver installation, install the driver;
2. Install the label editing software you choose. Please note that please make sure to support this barcode printer when installing the label editing software;
3. Please refer to the document panel operation for bar code printer panel settings;
4. Please refer to the user manual of the software on the PC side. After installation, you can boot up and use this barcode printer.
Step four. WINDOWS Driver Installation
Before installation, note the following:
1. Check the contents of the driver;
2. Backup this driver;
3. Read the driver's README.TXT document (as windowsdriver on CD/dr200readme.txt);
(B) access to WINDOWS;
5. Insert the CD, if the CD automatically run, please exit the automatic operation interface;
6. When the system is WIN95/98/xp/2000;
7. Click "Start";
8. Select "Settings" and then "Printers";
9. Double-click "Add Printer", a dialog box will appear, and click "Next;
10. Select "Network Printer" or "Local Printer" and click "Next;
11. Select "Install from disk" and enter the full path to the driver file, such as f:windowsdriver win xp.
Step five. Important Safety and Other Precautions
1. Please read the safety instructions and precautions carefully;
2. Barcode printers may be used to dry radio, television and other communication products, so please remove these products to avoid being dry;
3. Please place the printer on a horizontal, solid desktop or flat surface;
4. Keep away from damp, water, high temperature places;
5. Please refer to the specification label on the rear panel of the printer to make sure that the power supply specification you are using is correct. Users should not pay attention to: ensure that the power supply voltage switch (110V/230V) is consistent with the power supply voltage in your area, otherwise it will cause the machine to burn down or not operate normally;
6. When the machine has been connected to the power supply, do not open the chassis;
7. It is strictly prohibited for non-professionals to disassemble the printer;
8. Before cleaning the bar code printer, do not cut off the power supply of the printer. It is strictly forbidden to use liquid or spray cleaner to clean the printer. Please wipe the printer gently with a soft cloth or cotton;
9. It is strictly forbidden to use this printer at room temperature above 40 degrees Celsius, otherwise it will damage the printer;
10. The heat dissipation holes around the printer should be prevented from being blocked and affecting the heat dissipation;
11. The power cord of the label printer should be placed in a suitable and safe place, and the voltage and current that the power cord identification can carry should be greater than the voltage and current identified by the printer;
12. It is strictly forbidden to drip any liquid into the heat dissipation hole of the printer to avoid fire or short circuit;
13. If the bar code machine is not used frequently, the connection and power cord between the printer and the host should be disconnected to avoid instantaneous overload voltage damage to the printer.
