Question 1: Why is there no response after connecting the scanning gun to the computer?

Answer: After connecting the scanning gun to the computer, is there a startup sound? If there is no startup sound, please check whether the cable you use is normal and the computer is normal. If the connection line is confirmed to be normal and the computer is normal, it should be the problem of the scanning gun itself. If there is a startup sound, but there is no light, it is basically a problem with the motherboard.

Question 2: Why does the scanning gun have light and decoding sound, but cannot upload data?

Answer: It may be because the corresponding interface is not set. Please scan the corresponding interface barcode. It should be noted that when using the serial port, you must scan in the super terminal or use the communication program to convert, otherwise you will not be able to input data. If the corresponding interface is swept, it may be a line problem.

Question 3: Why can't data be scanned in when using the keyboard line, and the keyboard can't be used?

Answer: You have not scanned the corresponding barcode of the keyboard port, or there is a problem with your line.

Question 4: Why does my scanner keep restarting after connecting to the computer?

A: That may be because your interface is short of power supply and requires external power supply.

Question 5: Why can't some bar codes be scanned by scanning guns and some bar codes can't be scanned?

Answer: Please confirm whether the code system of the barcode you scanned is open and whether there is a length limit after opening, which may lead to the barcode not being read.
