Barcode printer label paper printing settings
Release Time:2020-07-21
Bar code printer label paper settings, especially after changing bar code paper of different specifications, do not understand how to set up, in fact, bar code printer parameter settings as long as you understand the settings of several major items, the problem is not big, the following TSC bar code printer as an example, through the form of text to see how to set up printing parameters.
Step 1: Layout setting. This is to set the label distribution form on the whole roll of barcode paper. A roll of barcode paper of the same specification has one column, two columns and three columns. If the layout is not adjusted, the printing will be messy. For example, a roll of 32mmX19mm Wynn bar code paper distributed in three columns, if you lay out 2 columns, there will be a blank column, or it will not be printed at all, see the figure below!

Step 2: Set up the paper. This step is very critical. This is to set the specific parameters of the label paper. Generally speaking, selling barcode paper tells you that the width is in front and the height is in back. In the upward figure, this roll of label paper is 32 mmX19mm, that is, the width and height of a single label are 32mm and 19mm. Is it enough to fill in the width and height in the paper setting? This is not enough. When filling in the width, it is calculated as follows: the width of a single label is multiplied by the number of columns, plus the spacing width is multiplied by the number of columns 1, which is the actual width. I think the width of the 32mmX19mm bar code paper in the above roll of 3 columns is 32mm x 3 2mm (spacing) X(3 columns 1)= 104mm, and the width should be set to 104mm. see the figure for specific operation (the setting of two columns of 32mmX19mm label paper in the setting.

Page Setup
After setting up these two items, there is basically no problem. Try printing. Note that the spacing and fillet values of bar code paper are generally 2mm and 1.5R, but the spacing produced by some manufacturers is different. Please ask clearly when purchasing, so it is convenient to set up.
