Bar code scanning gun correct use method?

1) It is not allowed to scan the scanning gun and the bar code at 90 °, and the bar code cannot be read normally at 90 °. The scan lines must be aligned and all over the barcode.

2) Do not scan the bar code on the manual casually, otherwise it may cause the scanning gun to fail to scan.

3) In the process of reading, for the same batch of bar codes, you will find that the distance between the scanning gun and the bar code is within a certain range, and the success rate of code reading will be very high. This distance is the best reading distance.

　　

 

Scanning gun installation method

Under normal circumstances, there are three kinds of bar code scanning gun interface data lines, namely USB data line, rs232 data line and PS/2 data line. If we understand these, we will know how to use the bar code scanning gun. Below we introduce the different methods of using different data lines.

1. USB cable connection

　　

 

The barcode scanning gun is connected with the USB data cable

1) Connect the device interface end (RJ 45 1, interface) of the USB data cable to the barcode scanning gun;

2) Connect the host interface end (USB interface) of the USB data cable to the host;

2. rs232 data line connection (serial port data line)

　　

 

The barcode scanning gun is connected with the RS232 data line

1) Connect the device interface end (RJ 45 1, interface) of the RS232 data line to the barcode scanning gun;

2) Connect the host interface end (RS232 interface) of the RS232 data line to the host;

3) Connect the RS232 data cable to the HR100 series products through the power adapter

3. PS/2 data line (keyboard port data line)

　　

 

The barcode scanning gun is connected to the PS/2 data line

1) Connect the device interface end (RJ 45 1, interface) of the PS/2 data line to the barcode scanning gun;

2) Connect the host interface end (PS/2 interface) of the PS/2 data line to the host;

3) If necessary, please connect the PS/2 data cable to the HR100 series products through the power adapter;

4) If necessary, please connect the ordinary keyboard to the female port of the PS/2 data line.
