1. The red light is on during printing
Reason: The sensor of the printer does not sense the paper or the ribbon, so the machine needs to measure the paper again.
Solution: Turn off the power of the printer first, press and hold the PAUSE key on the printer, then turn it on. After the printer is out of paper, release your hand to see if the printer has retracted. If not, try the above method several times repeatedly until the printer has retracted. If it is not enough to try again and again, you can initialize the machine first, I .e. shut down first, then press and hold the PAUSE and FEED keys at the same time until the three display lights on the printer flash once at the same time and then let go, then press the start method to check the paper until there is a retraction action.
2. Paper jumping occurs during printing
Reason: This phenomenon still belongs to the reason why the machine failed to detect the paper or the paper was not standardized.
Solution: First, look at whether the label paper is not standardized and whether the size of each label is consistent. If this is the reason, only the label paper can be replaced. If there is no problem with the label detected, then the machine fails to detect the paper and needs to re-test the paper. Turn off the machine first, then press and hold the PAUSE and FEED keys at the same time and then turn it on until the three display lights flash once at the same time to release the machine to initialize the machine, then turn it off, press and hold the PAUSE key to measure the paper, wait until the machine outputs the paper and then release the hand until the machine retracts.

4. It is normal to walk paper during printing, but printing cannot print anything.

5. The printing is normal during the printing process, but the ribbon back reel does not rewind.

Solution: Turn off the printer first, install the ribbon and label paper correctly, and then turn on the printer to normal. If not, initialize the machine again.
6. The machine normally walks paper during printing, but only half of the content is printed or garbled when printing.
Cause: Software printing program error.
Solution: Restart the printing program, re-create a new label, re-typeset the contents of the label, and select the correct printer driver to print to see if it is normal. If it is still the same, the software can only be uninstalled and then reinstalled. If it still doesn't work, this is a problem with the computer's printing interface, and a computer must be replaced for printing. Or use the channeling port to print.
7. When the printer prints, the paper is normal, but the machine does not respond when printing.
Cause: The machine is not receiving data.
Solution: Check whether the data interface of the machine is connected incorrectly to see if the data line is connected to the channeling port. If so, connect the data line to the parallel port again. If not, see if the printer port is set incorrectly. Click start menu-> settings-> printer-> select your machine's printer driver right-click-> properties-> port-> select LPT1, and the printing will resume normally.
8. A "This printer supports limited printer drivers, please reinstall the correct printer driver" warning window appears when you open the software.
Cause: A software program error caused the printer driver to be lost.

9. Print is not clear
Cause: print settings are not set or the print head is dirty.
Solution: First check whether the lower print head is dirty, clean the lower print head (note: when cleaning the print head, you must turn off the power of the printer first, otherwise the print head is easily damaged), then set the lower printing temperature or try another font (bold font). If not, it may be that the quality of the printed ribbon or label paper is too poor. Replace the good ribbon and label paper.
10. Printing is not clear and black lines appear
Cause: print head dirty or print head broken needle.
Solution: Clean the print head first, if not, only replace the print head. (Note: When cleaning the print head, be sure to turn off the power of the printer first, otherwise the print head is easily damaged).
11. The printer always does not detect paper when printing
Reason: 1) Sensor failure 2) Label paper problem.
Solution: Replace another label paper for printing to see if it is normal. If it is normal, after printing several sheets, replace the label that just cannot measure the paper, and re-test the paper for printing. If it is not normal, clean the dust on the surface of the sensor first, and replace the sensor if it is not possible to re-measure the paper.
12. Print while clear, while fuzzy
Cause: Printer pressure imbalance.
Solution: There is a spiral button above the print head to adjust the pressure. Just increase the pressure on the side where the print is not clear. In addition, some machines have only one screw button to adjust, but they can move freely, so move it to the unclear side and increase the pressure.
13. After the printer has been used for a period of time, the label content is always up or down when printing, and it is normal to print with a new machine.
Reason: The printer has been used for a long time and the sensor has errors.
Solution: according to the specific offset situation, the appropriate adjustment of the upper and lower position of the sensor.
14. When the printer is turned on, 3 display lights are on at the same time and cannot print.

Solution: Replace the damaged chip in the motherboard
15. The label cannot be saved after modification. Press Save to display a warning dialog box. Press OK to close the software.
Cause: It is caused by the wrong operation directly modified on the label when the user modifies.
