1. When changing the printing cable, turn off the power of the printer and computer first, and then connect the cable. (When cleaning the print head number, turn off the power first. The print head is a fine part, please clean it carefully!)

2. bar code printer print head pressure conditioning according to print different media to adjust the print head pressure. The pressure of the print head under normal conditions: the conditioning nut reaches the highest position when the printing is optimal, otherwise the rubber roller will deform for long-term printing, forming carbon ribbon wrinkles and poor printing effect.

5. Bar code printer printing is not clear, the reason for poor quality: the temperature is too low; The quality of the carbon tape label is too poor; Incorrect handling method of the print head device: increase the printing temperature, I .e. increase the printing concentration; Change the carbon tape and label paper; Re-adjust the position of the print head, paying special attention to the difference between the left and right heights.
