Handheld Terminal PDA Scanning FAQ

Hand-held terminal PDA scanning common problems, mainly light does not recognize the bar code, not light two common problems. The following Hongxing Yongli makes detailed troubleshooting:

　　

 

1) The light does not recognize the barcode, and the scanning card:

A, the scanning head can be recalibrated; B, set to the corresponding scanning head mode;

C, check the scanning program; D, restart the equipment;

E, confirm whether the bar code is damaged; F, confirm whether it is in the correct scanning range and distance;

G. Confirm whether the barcode is a barcode type that can be recognized by this equipment.

2) No light or abnormal light:

A. Recalibrate the scanning head or restart the equipment;

2) Please keep the scan window clean and free of dirt

3) Avoid collision of scanning head
