Setting method of wireless bar code scanning gun

The setting method, installation and use of the wireless bar code scanning gun are not much different from those of the wired scanning gun. First, the scanning gun needs to be paired. "Pairing" means that the wireless bar code scanning gun usually has a standard base, which plays the role of data transmission and charging. Therefore, before starting the scanning, we need to pair the wireless scanning gun with the base, and the scanning can be started after the pairing, after scanning the bar code, we also need to transmit the scanned bar code to the computer and other terminals through the base.

In fact, the method is also very simple, but because of different manufacturers, the pairing method of the scanning gun may be slightly different. For details, you can refer to the user manual of the wireless scanning gun, which usually has explanatory text.

Here we introduce several wireless bar code scanning gun setting method

Example 1: Most wireless scanning guns, such as Motorola LI4278, Honeywell MS9535, Honeywell 1202g, etc., have a bar code on the base, which can be successfully paired only by scanning the bar code.

Example 2: Some wireless scanning guns, such as the New World HR15Z wireless scanning gun (as shown in the figure below), can be paired by pressing the red button M on the base.

Example 3: There are also some wireless scanning guns that do not need to be paired, such as civet T220 and radium NT8800. This is because these wireless guns have a computer data receiver (like the U disk), which can be used directly after plugging in the computer.

According to the above method (please refer to the user manual for details), after pairing, open Notepad (Word,Excel or some program software) on the computer and scan can be started. Some users need to use it far away from the computer, so they must use a scanning gun with wireless storage, such as the new world HR15Z. after pairing, they need to set the storage mode again before they can start scanning bar codes. at this time, the scanned bar codes will be temporarily stored in the scanning gun. after scanning, they will move to the computer, place the wireless gun on the base, and press the blue button p key, you can upload the data to the computer.
