What is the reason why the barcode printer is blurred

Phenomenon 1: A small part of the printing edge is blurred and unclear.

First of all, clean the roller and cleaning wheel of the printer, select clean cards, and print 2-3 new ribbons continuously. If the phenomenon persists then the print head needs to be adjusted.

The adjustment method is as follows:

a. Open the top cover of the printer and find the print head

B. find the screw with mark 1, and adjust the No. 3 screw with arc edge by 1/8 turn counterclockwise

Phenomenon 2: The whole printing edge is blurred and unclear.

Adjust according to the phenomenon first, if there is no effect, adjust according to the following method

a. Open the top cover of the printer and find the print head

B refer to the above figure, loosen the No.1 screw and adjust the 1/8 turn of the screw with arc edge counterclockwise.

c. Tighten the No. 1 screw, continuous printing 2-3 card test

d. If the phenomenon increases, return to step B to adjust clockwise.

E if the phenomenon is reduced, step B can be adjusted repeatedly.

In general, 2-3 iterations can adjust the larger fuzzy edge.
