The application principle of Hongxing Yongli RFID production visualization system is that the reader sends out a radio frequency signal of a certain frequency through the antenna, and when the tag enters the magnetic field, it generates an induced current to obtain the ability. Sends its own coding information to the reader, and transmits the data information to the computer for analysis and processing through the application program interface after collection and decoding. Using this principle, the product moves on the production line. After arriving at the station, the worker takes down the product for spare parts assembly. In this process, each product is tagged with RFID, and then put back into the assembly line for the next process after the worker completes the assembly. When the product with RFID tag is running on the assembly line, the fixed RFID reader is used in the system, and then the information on the product tag is automatically read and transmitted to the total control system. The operator can judge the operation status of the product in the production line and the manufacturing situation of the finished product through the data displayed by the system.
