The principle followed is a progressive combination approach. For example:

Barcode printer temperature has 1-15, 1-15; speed has 3, 50.8mm/sec, 70.20mm/sec, 101.60mm/sec.

Print coated paper labels with mixed-base carbon tape.

First, use temperature 7 and speed 101.6mm/sec to print and see if the image is clear;

If it is not clear, adjust the temperature 7 and the speed 70.2mm/sec to print to see if the image is clear;

If it is not clear, adjust the temperature 7 and the speed 50.8mm/sec to print to see if the image is clear;

If it is not clear, adjust the temperature 8 and the speed 50.8mm/sec to print and see if the image is clear;

If it is not clear, adjust the temperature 9 and the speed 50.8mm/sec to print to see if the image is clear;

If it is not clear, adjust the temperature to 10 and the speed to 50.8mm/sec to print and see if the image is clear;

If it is not clear, adjust the temperature 11 and the speed 50.8mm/sec to print to see if the image is clear;

If it is not clear, adjust the temperature 12 and the speed 50.8mm/sec to print to see if the image is clear;

If it is not clear, it means that there is a problem with the quality of the label or carbon tape of the coated paper, and there is also a possibility that there is a problem with the printing line position of the barcode printer itself, or the print head is defective.

Assuming that the temperature is 10 and the speed is 50.8mm/sec, the image definition is better,

If you feel that the printing speed is too slow to affect the efficiency, you can readjust the temperature speed.

Adjust the temperature 10, speed 70.2 mm/s, print to see if the image is clear;

If it is clear, adjust the temperature to 10 and the speed to 101.6mm/sec to print and see if the image is clear;

If it is clear, a combination of temperature 10 and speed 101.6mm/sec is selected for printing.

If it is not clear, adjust the temperature 11 and the speed 101.6mm/sec to print to see if the image is clear;

If it is not clear, adjust the temperature 12 and the speed 101.6mm/sec to print to see if the image is clear;

If it is not clear, adjust the temperature 13 and the speed 101.6mm/sec to print to see if the image is clear;

If it is not clear, then do not choose the speed of 101.6mm/second, you can use the speed of 70.2mm/second for testing.

How to improve the printing quality bar code printer temperature setting, because the printing temperature is too high, will cause the phenomenon of carbon tape adhesion, and the life of the print head will be greatly reduced, so try to choose the speed middle gear position, the concentration is not too high, with clear image as the criterion.

In the choice of ribbon, but also try to use good quality zebra ribbon, so that it will print a clear image, but also the life of the print head has certain benefits.
