(1) Production planning and procurement planning

The production department makes production plans based on sales orders, and the purchasing department generates purchase plans based on production plans and inventory, which are released to suppliers.

(2) Supplier label

We recommend that suppliers stick barcode labels on the outer packaging of their products to identify the category, batch, and quantity.

B. When the purchase plan is issued, print the label and send it to the parts supplier together with the purchase order (the supplier can be required to purchase).

(3) Receipt of raw materials

If the material is delivered, if there is a specified bar code label, the warehouse keeper will receive the goods. If there is no bar code label, print the corresponding bar code label and paste it according to the delivered product.

(4) Storage and shelving of raw materials

Scan the barcode on the shelf and the barcode on the material box, and upload it to the system after the operation is completed to generate the material storage document.

(5) Production picking

Before the start of the production operation, the planner determines the finished product batch number according to the production plan, and enters the production feed list in the system in units of the finished product batch number, the picking operator scans the bar code on the packing box and the corresponding stacking position bar code, and imports the collected data into the system after the operation is completed to generate the production picking list. Documents are approved in the system.

(6) Semi-finished products into warehouse

After the semi-finished products are processed, the semi-finished product barcode label is pasted, and the warehouse manager scans the barcode on the packing box and the corresponding stacking position barcode. After the operation is completed, the collected data are imported into the system to generate the semi-finished product entry receipt.

(7) Semi-finished products out of warehouse

Before the start of the production operation, the planner determines the finished product batch number according to the production plan, and enters the production feed list in the system in units of the finished product batch number, the picking operator scans the bar code on the semi-finished product packing box and the corresponding stacking position bar code, and imports the collected data into the system after the operation is completed to generate the production semi-finished product picking list.

(8) Finished goods into the warehouse

After the finished product is produced, the finished product barcode label is pasted, and the warehouse manager scans the barcode on the packing box and the corresponding stacking position barcode. After the operation is completed, the collected data is imported into the system to generate the finished product warehouse receipt.

(9) Finished goods out of warehouse

Enter the sales order number, and the system lists the positions of the products produced by the order in the warehouse (the warehouse keeper can print it out and pick up the goods according to the inventory list). Download the sales order to the data collector, find the products to be shipped, scan the bar code of the position and the bar code on the packing box of the products, and import the collected data into the system after the operation is completed to generate the finished product release order.

(10)PDA data query and report

The data of this system is analyzed to produce various related reports, such as: inventory report, product inventory aging report, return status table, inventory variance table, etc. Statistics, query and analysis of relevant data. The system can query tracking information such as product issue, receipt, issue and receive direction and location according to keywords such as product barcode, model, time, plan number, warehouse, transaction unit, etc., and provide statistical information such as issue and receipt quantity, in-warehouse quantity, picking quantity, etc. to facilitate financial and supplier settlement of payment. (11) Data acquisition procedure

The data collector can scan bar code information through scanning gun according to bar code compilation rules, and display information such as product name, model number, batch number, warehouse location, etc., so as to facilitate the receipt, picking, inventory and shipment of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.

(12) Inventory count

Before operation, select inventory materials (raw materials or finished products and other information to generate inventory documents. After downloading the inventory documents to the data collector, the operators scan the bar code and location on the material packaging to collect data.
