The functions of the software are as follows:
1. IQC testing is mainly to register the testing information after the customer's incoming materials are tested at the IQC end of the warehouse. 2. Import and check the material list. What is imported and stored in the material table is the program information (process BOM) compiled on the SMT machine, which is compared with the system BOM when checking to prevent errors after SMT programming or system ECN changes.

3. SMT on the material reminder and SMT production line monitoring. Through the production information in the work order information, such as production line, production quantity, material usage, tray capacity and machine patch speed (hourly capacity), the theoretical use-up time of each station in the production line is automatically calculated, and the replacement is prompted before this time. The production of multiple pulls can be monitored on one PC. All feeding records are reflected in real time. The feeding confirmation personnel review and confirm on the PC side. The whole process does not require any paper documents.

4. Change the material to the material. By scanning the program name, station position and bar code on the material tray, you can know whether the material is correct or not. When changing materials, you can scan the program name, station position, material number and new material number to verify whether the material is correct or not.


5. Material batch traceability. Through the material batch scanning in the feeding, the material can be traced according to the batch; If the product is strict, the information of each board can be traced back through the unique SN number on the PCB board (from batch accuracy to individual)
